These Terms of Service govern your use of basilmojito, a service that helps upload statement PDFs, extract transactions, categorize spending, and view reports, trends, and calendar summaries. By using basilmojito, you agree to these terms.
You must be able to use Google sign-in and provide accurate account information through Google OAuth. You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access to your Google account secure.
You may upload statement PDFs that you have the right to process. You retain ownership of your uploaded and parsed data. You grant basilmojito permission to process that data to provide the service, including extracting transactions, categorizing spending, displaying reports, detecting duplicates, and operating the app.
Uploaded PDFs are stored temporarily while they are processed and are deleted from object storage after processing finishes or fails. Parsed statement data is retained so you can view historical reports and trends unless you request deletion.
basilmojito may use automated categorization, including Cloudflare Workers AI, to classify transactions. Categorization may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing and correcting categories before relying on reports.
basilmojito provides spending organization and analysis tools only. It does not provide financial, tax, accounting, legal, or investment advice. Reports and charts are informational and may contain parsing or categorization errors.
The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued at any time. Features may be added, removed, or modified as basilmojito evolves.
The service is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that parsing, categorization, reports, or integrations will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for any particular purpose.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, basilmojito and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or financial decisions made using the service.
You may stop using the service at any time. To request deletion of your account or parsed statement data, contact admin@basilmojito.com from the email address associated with your account.
Your use of basilmojito is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains what data is collected and how it is used.
These terms may be updated as basilmojito changes. Material updates will be reflected by changing the effective date on this page.
